Her clients develop the strategies, systems, and skills to lead with passion and deliver results more efficiently.
Camille is the founder and CEO of AIM Leadership, and the author of Rewired: How to Work Smarter, Live Better, and Be Purposefully productive in an Overwired World. With a PhD psychology and a relationship-focused lens, Camille's mentorship and facilitation are a cut above the rest. She has worked with thousands of individuals and companies the world over, including GE, Verizon Wireless, Fannie Mae, Harvard University, GM, Zappos, NBC, and the U.S. Army. She also co-leads the Massachusetts Healthcare Leadership College and is an adjunct faculty for the Center for Creative Leadership and for the MIT Sloan Innovation Period. Additionally, she is an Angel Investor in Qwalify, Libboo, 1Mind, and Spartz. She is an inaugural member of the Boston class of the Pipeline Fellowship, a nonprofit that teaches women philanthropists to become angel investors. Passionate about entrepreneurship and female leadership, Camille is an advisor for Compass Partners, a nonprofit collegiate organization that helps develop responsible young entrepreneurs. She is a mentor for Women Innovate Mobile; Strong Women, Strong Girls; We are the XX; a curator of TEDxBeaconSt and a steering committee member of the 85Broads Power Circle.
Camille earned her undergraduate degree from Williams College, a master’s and doctorate in psychology from the University of Virginia, her executive coaching training from Georgetown University, and advanced leadership training from the Center for Creative Leadership. Camille is certified to administer every major assessment, as a PCC by the International Coaching Federation and as a neurostrategist by SRI.
Based in Boston, Camille is an avid runner, yogi, and adventure traveler. She has worked on five continents and traveled to 39 countries, which has informed her understanding of the global workforce. She lives in Cambridge, MA with her husband, Mark, their two children Preston and Adeline.
